Who we are
This website is operated by [Legal entity name, pending registration] (“Amicios Tech”, “we”, “us”). For the purposes of this policy, we are responsible for deciding how your personal information is used through this website.

What this policy covers
This policy applies only to the amicios.online marketing website. It does not apply to the RaagaOS or ClubSync applications, which have their own terms and privacy notices that are provided to their users.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, if you provide it
- The topic of your enquiry and your message
- Your budget range and timeline, if you provide them
- Your confirmation that you have read this policy
When you visit any page, our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. To prevent abuse of the contact form, we also temporarily use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period.
If anti-spam verification is enabled on the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser to check that the form is being used by a person.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
How we use your information
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue a conversation you have started with us
- To prepare a proposal or product walkthrough you have asked for
- To keep the website and contact form secure and prevent spam and abuse
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Why we're allowed to use it
We process the information you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and send the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We process technical information in server logs for the legitimate purpose of keeping the website secure and working properly.
We intend to handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it as they come into force, and other laws that apply to us.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:
- Website hosting: [Hosting provider, to be confirmed, e.g. Vercel Inc.], which serves the website and keeps server logs
- Email delivery: [Email provider, to be confirmed, e.g. Resend], which delivers contact form messages to our inbox

- Spam protection (if enabled): Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile)
When we share information
Apart from the service providers above, we share personal information only when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business reorganisation, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside India. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards and we transfer information only as permitted by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we're in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our contract may require us to keep some records longer. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its own retention settings. Rate-limiting information is held only in temporary memory.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are validated and delivered by email without being stored in a separate database. Access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct or complete information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Withdraw consent you have given
- Address a grievance about how we have handled your information
To make a request, email hello@amicios.online. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. Grievances can be addressed to [Grievance officer name, to be appointed] at the same address.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. Please don't use the contact form if you are under 18.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, for example if we add analytics, we'll update this policy and the date at the top of the page before the change takes effect.
